Update: Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, the tribute concert that was
planned for February 2009 at the Eismann center in Richardson, TX has been CANCELLED.

The Richardson Symphony was originally planned to play musical arrangements from the career
of my father along with guest vocalists (who were confirmed) such as Pat Boone and Ed Ames.

The Symphony did not feel that the two entertainers alone, along with many others who were
planning to send video tribute messages, was enough to gain the interest of people in the area or
across the globe. We think they are wrong.
